Cafe Azotea

Arabica beans drying at a coffee plantation in Antigua, Guatemala. I am not a coffee drinker, but the sample the gave me was very, very good.

I love coffee! I never knew they spread it out like that. I thought those were planting rows before I read the description. Did it smell good?

I don't recall the drying coffee have much of an odor, but the roasting room smelled great.

Our tour guide told me that just after the rainy season ends, the plants flower and smell like jasmine or magnolia.
