Century Challenge

This weekend, there was century challenge in town, a hundred mile bike ride. That seems like a mighty long time in the saddle. I thought this would be a good subject for motion blurs. A moving cyclist is much faster than a moving running back and panning with the cyclist is much more difficult that I expected.

I think you did a good job with this. I've only done a couple of these and while they "worked" the subject was not as interesting as this and the effect wasn't quite as dramatic.

Nice photo with the motion!

Had a friend in the race - he finished in the top 3 or 4 I think.
